Due to the complexity of the stitches and the dexterity required, crochet cannot be made by a machine! I did not know this until after I started the craft and it just made it that bit more special to me.

In a world of mass production, constant and rapidly changing trends, and the pressure to do life in the 'right way', every part of my being craves slowness, true creativity and the freedom to absolutely wing it.
