Currently I only ship physical items to Northern Ireland and the UK mainland. All of my digital patterns are available to download worldwide.

Unfortunately, as I am a one-person small business, I cannot offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations at this time. When placing an order please double check your information, especially your address, to ensure it is correct before purchasing.

Lost or stolen packages
Yodel TrackingOnce I ship a package, I'm sorry to say I am no longer responsible for how it is handled. There will be a tracking number available from the shipping provider, Yodel, and you can track your package through their website.
